According to a police report, on Friday, January 30, 2026, at approximately 1:45 p.m., Ms. Cecelia M. Darloh, 26, of the Grebo Tribe, a resident of Camp 3, Barclayville City, and Assistant Coordinator for Service Center Grand Kru, Liberia, reported that her son, Sebastian C.
