Paynesville, Montserrado County-In an exciting development for the media landscape in Liberia, Global Dream TV/FM Radio has appointed its Lofa County Correspondent, Junior Salay as the Head of IT Correspondence across all 15 counties. This promotion recognizes Salay’s unwavering dedication and significant contributions to the media field.
Salay works for Radio Harligee in Kolahun, and is a presenter of the Gbandi language program on Voice of Lofa in Voinjama. As a passionate radio presenter, Salay is also striving to become a print media journalist. Hence, he has dedicated his time writing for the Rural Reporters News Network (RRNN), an online news website that highlights issues from rural Liberia.
Emmanuel Torkpa, the Program Director at Global Dream TV/FM Radio, commented on Salay’s appointment, stating, “Junior Salay’s appointment is not a surprise to me. He has been very committed in his reporting, showcasing his passion and professionalism.”
