    Montserrado County, Monrovia City- Monday, March 3, 2025-The National Public Health Institute of Liberia (NPHIL) today opened a competitive bidding process for the procurement of services to renovate the National Reference Laboratory (NRL) building located in Charlesville, Margibi County, supply of Scratch Cards and Catering Services.

    NPHIL’s DG and other senior staff-Procurement Committee members go evaluate various bid documents at NPHIL Head office.

    This initiative aims to enhance the facility’s infrastructure to ensure improved laboratory services and public health research capabilities as well as enhance the entity’s overall administrative operations. This bid opening was conducted per the Public Procurement and Concessions Act of Liberia, ensuring fairness, accountability, and equal opportunity for all bidders.

    The process started with the formal opening of submitted bids, verifying compliance with the stated requirements, and announcing key details of each submission. However, today’s session was solely for bid opening, and detailed evaluations will follow to determine the most responsive and competitive bids.
