The collision resulted in the death of two individuals who were in the pickup. For the truck, no fatality was reported.

The two individuals who lost their lives in the accident have been identified as Teeboy Tarwo, aged 20 and a man only identified as Peter aged 31.

Be that as it may, the incident has shocked the community and left many mourning; highlighting the need for drivers to be mindful when driving to avoid the recurrence of this unfortunate development.

Eye witnesses on the scene, told RRNN reporter that the pickup was not driven by the main conductor during the accident but instead, a car washer who was instructed to go a clean the pickup. It was during his return from washing the car at “Zwedru Sea”-a popular car wash joint the accident happened.
