Paris, France — Thursday, September 4,2025-On September 3, 2025, His Excellency Dr. Teeko Tozay Yorlay, Ambassador of the Republic of Liberia to the French Republic, convened a high-level meeting with Mr. Jerome Soistier, Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of C3Medical, to initiate discussions on a sustainable partnership aimed at bolstering Liberia’s healthcare system.

The meeting, held at the Embassy of the Republic of Liberia in France, marked the beginning of a collaborative dialogue focused on addressing critical health challenges in Liberia, with particular emphasis on rural and underserved communities. Both parties expressed a mutual commitment to identifying pragmatic, long-term solutions and leveraging C3Medical’s international expertise to enhance access to quality healthcare services across the country.

Key areas of focus during the meeting included:

    • Providing Health Services to Rural and Remote Communities: Deploying telemedicine, mobile health units, and decentralized healthcare delivery systems to reach remote and underserved regions.

    • Rehabilitation Programs: Developing initiatives tailored to local needs, addressing physical and mental health challenges including drug abuse, post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), war-related injuries, and support for individuals with disabilities.

    • Cancer Prevention and Treatment: Promoting awareness, early detection, timely diagnosis, and local capacity building to improve cancer care outcomes.

    • International Care Pathway Coordination: Facilitating access to specialized treatment for patients requiring advanced care unavailable in Liberia, by coordinating with medical institutions across Europe.

Founded in 2011 and headquartered in Paris, C3Medical is a leading international health consulting and medical insurance services firm, with additional offices in Casablanca (Morocco) and Shanghai (China). The company is recognized for its integrated “4.0 healthcare platform,” which combines medical expertise, advanced technology, and innovative solutions. Its mission is to enhance healthcare delivery in regions with limited medical infrastructure by providing high-quality care at optimized costs.

Mr. Soistier reaffirmed C3Medical’s readiness to collaborate with Liberian institutions in designing context-specific healthcare strategies tailored to the unique needs of the Liberian population, particularly for vulnerable and hard-to-reach populations.

Ambassador Yorlay welcomed the potential partnership, emphasizing its alignment with the Government of Liberia’s ARREST Agenda for Inclusive Development, under which healthcare is a key pillar. He highlighted the importance of improving healthcare services for vulnerable populations and enhancing the country’s medical infrastructure through sustainable and innovative collaboration.

Both parties agreed to pursue further technical discussions and feasibility assessments, which may include a future visit to Liberia to engage with key stakeholders in the health sector and explore the potential signing of a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU).
