    Media Advisory: Press Union of Liberia Invites all journalists and Media Institutions

    (September 29, 2025): The Press Union of Liberia (PUL) invites all journalists and media institutions to a press conference marking the release of the investigative report of the Specialized Committee of Enquiry on the September 13, 2025, incident involving journalist Franklin Doloquee of OK FM and FrontPage Africa and the Minister of Information, Cultural Affairs and Tourism, Jerolinmek Piah.

    The press conference takes place today, Monday, 29 September 2025, at the Head Office of the PUL on Warner Avenue, 9th Street, Sinkor.

    Journalists and media institutions are to be seated by 1:45 PM for the press conference which will be addressed by the leadership of the PUL and the Specialized Committee of Enquiry, chaired by veteran journalist and media development specialist, Mrs. Torwon Solunteh Brown, with membership consisting of journalist and Attorney-at-Law Bruce Boweh, and Mr. Adama Kiatamba Dempster, National Secretary-General of the Civil Society Human Rights Platform of Liberia.
