Representative Collins Presents Ambulance to Bokomu District

‎Gungbata, Gbarpolu County | Tuesday, Dec. 23, 2025| Gungbata, Gbarpolu  District #2 Representative Luther Collins has fulfilled a major campaign promise by presenting an ambulance to the Bokomu District Health Team.

‎During the presentation event, the Representative said that the ambulance will serve five health facilities in the district, including four government-run clinics, and will be stationed at Forkpata Clinic, near Belle Yellah town.

‎Meanwhile, Assata Barrie, Chairlady of Gungbata, thanked Representative Collins on behalf of the women in the district.

‎”We appreciate this ambulance, and we want you to help us in providing safe drinking water for our people.”

‎Representative Collins said that this donation is made in good faith, and will continue to support the health sector.

‎The County Health Team will manage the ambulance, and we will provide fuel and cash support for the driver.

‎For his part, Mr. Bennie Clarke, Director for Community Health, expressed gratitude.

‎”This is the second ambulance donation to the Gbarpolu County Health Team,” he said, “We promised to station it in the district to respond to emergency cases and urge the people to help maintain the vehicle.”

‎Commissioner John Korsee thanked Representative Collins, noting, “This is the first time a sitting representative has presented an ambulance to Bokomu District since Gbarpolu’s formation.”

‎Residents urged Representative Collins to extend support to Guo Nwolailai and Belle administrative districts, also part of Electoral District #2.
