Monrovia, Liberia- September 22, 2025- The Ministry of Justice on Friday, September 19, 2025 has certified 38 students as Justice Ambassadors after completing the second cycle of the Responsible Citizens Justice Program (RCJP).

The program, designed to promote a culture of justice, integrity, and civic responsibility among Liberia’s youth, empowers students with the knowledge and skills to serve as role models in their communities.

Key Highlights of the RCJP is to cultivate a culture of justice, integrity, and civic responsibility among Liberia’s youth through hands-on training and legal education. The program includes legal education sessions, community dialogues, and real-life advocacy projects, providing students with a solid understanding of their rights, civic duties, and the justice system.

The newly inducted Justice Ambassadors are expected to promote peace and justice in their schools, churches, mosques, and communities.

Justice Minister Cllr. N. Oswald Tweh emphasized the Ministry’s commitment to investing in young people and creating platforms for civic engagement, legal awareness, and ethical leadership. He encouraged the students to remain committed to upholding the values of justice, fairness, and integrity.

The Ministry recognized and awarded certificates to key partner institutions, including ArcelorMittal Liberia, Liberia National Police, and Liberia Immigration Service, for their continued support to the program.

The RCJP aims to empower young Liberians to positively influence their communities and promote a culture of justice and integrity.

The Ministry of Justice has also announced the reintroduction of the Cadet Program, which will provide students with practical work experience as they prepare for future careers in law, governance, and public service.
