Montserrado County-Former Presidential Candidate, Dr. Clarence Moniba has announced that he will begin to conduct series of seminars in transformation leadership at various universities, community colleges and high schools in Liberia, Europe and other parts of the world for the next two years.

Dr. Moniba made the pronouncement on his official Facebook page on November 12, 2024. The seminars will focus on ethics, values and transformational leadership in public and private governance and is expected to be taught at various universities and schools in Africa, Europe and Asia.

“I am excited to announce that over the next two years, I will be conducting seminars on ethics, values, and transformational leadership at universities, community colleges, and select high schools throughout Liberia, as well as European and Asian universities, including I.E. University in Madrid, Sorbonne University in Paris, Seoul, S. Korea, and in Lisbon, Portugal.”

Dr. Moniba said these seminars are meant to inspire and empower students and communities to lead with impact and compassion, adding, he will spend one week at each institution in Liberia, focusing on the art and strategy needed for transformational leadership. “For Liberia, I will spend one week at each institution, focusing on the art and strategy needed for transformative leadership, “he remarked.

He concluded that developing a nation requires every citizen to take on leadership role in their homes, communities, and beyond.

The decision for Dr. Moniba to engage in creating awareness on values, ethics and transformational leadership comes at the time his County, Liberia, is struggling to delivery sincere and integrous leadership. Members of the Legislature can be seen vandalizing their chambers and publicly assaulting one another over simple act of disagreement, while cabinet ministers indulge in acts unbecoming of public officials.
