    Monrovia, Liberia – Wednesday, February 25, 2025-In a continued effort to strengthen bilateral relations and advance educational opportunities, the Cuban Ambassador to Liberia, Dr. Indira López Argüelles, paid a courtesy visit to the Ministry of Education on Tuesday,

    The visit underscored Cuba’s unwavering commitment to fostering international cooperation, knowledge exchange, and capacity-building in Liberia’s education sector.

    Minister of Education, Dr. Jarso Maley Jallah, warmly received Ambassador Argüelles, emphasizing the profound impact of global partnerships in shaping the future of education in Liberia.

    Their discussions focused on teacher training, curriculum development, and best-practice exchanges, all aimed at enhancing educational accessibility and quality across the country.

    Minister Jallah reaffirmed the Ministry’s dedication to cultivating transformative collaborations that empower educators, equip students with essential skills, and create a more resilient and dynamic education system.

    Ambassador Argüelles, in turn, reiterated Cuba’s long-standing commitment to Africa’s educational advancement, expressing optimism about the potential outcomes of this partnership.

    This engagement marks the beginning of a promising collaborative framework that will inspire innovation, strengthen educational capacity, and contribute to the holistic development of Liberia’s students and teachers.
