Monrovia, Liberia- Friday, September 19, 2025- The Liberia Telecommunications Authority (LTA) is reviewing Starlink’s performance in the country and is calling on all Starlink customers to participate in a 2-minute survey.

According to the LTA, the survey aims to gather feedback on the service’s quality, reliability, and overall user experience.

This initiative comes as Starlink expands its operations in Liberia, promising to deliver high-speed internet access to remote and underserved areas.

With the country’s internet penetration rate currently at 30%, Starlink’s satellite technology is expected to bridge the digital divide and enhance connectivity nationwide.

Key Objectives of the Survey include among others, assessing Starlink’s performance in terms of speed, latency, and reliability, guiding future policy and regulatory decisions to ensure the service meets the needs of Liberian users, as well identifying areas for improvement to provide better services to customers.

The LTA said, by participating in the survey, Starlink customers in Liberia can contribute to shaping the future of internet services in the country.

Feedback collected will help the LTA to develop policies that support the growth of the telecommunications sector, foster a competitive market that benefits consumers and encourages innovation as well to encourage service providers to deliver high-quality services that meet user needs among others.

The survey can be accessed via the link: (link unavailable). It is designed to be completed in just 2 minutes, and all responses will be taken into consideration.

It can recalled be that Starlink launched its operations in Liberia in January 2025, marking a significant milestone in the country’s digital transformation agenda.
