    Four Children Granted Scholarship and Other Benefits In Voinjama

    Voinjama City, Lofa County-Tuesday, September 16,2025-Lofa County Health Officer Dr. Moses Uje Weidehga on Tuesday visited three Institutions in Voinjama city to provide financial aid for children who performed well during the last academic school year at their respective institutions.

    Dr. Weidehga visited the Akoi’s Loyal Academy, Kormah Shepherd Mission School system and the W.K Lutheran School.

    He presented portion of the school fees to the administrations for students who performed well and promised to pay the outstanding balance after his return from the United States.

    “I will pay the amount of $6,000 Liberian dollars for each now and upon my return, I will pay the balances plus their uniform fees,” Dr. Weidehga said during the presentation.

    The beneficiaries from the three institutions include 3 girls plus a boy.

    One of the beneficiaries from grade 5 identified as Mary S.J Kettor appreciated Dr. Weidehga for the surprise and the institutions also appreciated the gesture.

    “We are grateful for this great initiative and for you living up to your promise,” little Kettor said in appreciation.
