    Juvenile Delinquency Leads to Death of a 16-year Old boy Identified as Jerry Foul!

    Grand Kru County, Barclayville City-Monday, February 24, 2025-Juvenile Delinquency has resulted to the death of a 16-year-old boy, identified as Jerry Foul.

    According to eyewitnesses, little Jerry Foul was seem lying down unconscious in a creek, naked with his face facing the sky around the Coffebee town. 

    Eyewitnesses are quoted as saying, community members immediately contacted the health team of the town to know if the victim was still alive.

    The 16 years old Jerry Foul was pronounced dead by health authorities of Coffebee town following cross examinations.

    Sources said, a fifteen men jury was instituted to examine the lifeless body of the victim, and the fifteen men jury reported that there was a foul play into the death of little Jerry Foul, with the victim naked and neck broken.

    Following the report from the jury, police in Grand Kru County have arrested and are currently investigating Musafa Nyamah, age 13, Dosson Nyanfore, age 11, Chris Youddeh, age 11, William Youddeh, age 12, and Elijah Toe, age 10, in connection of the death of little Jerry Foul. They are all Liberians and residents of Garraway Coffebee.

    According to eyewitnesses, little Jerry Foul was spotted with his friends, Elijah Toe, Chris Youddeh, William Youddeh, Musafa Nyamah,  and Dosson Nyanfore on February 18, 2025 when they collected the victim from his parents’ house between 1400hrs to 1500hrs GMT, but  only to hear that he was seen dead in the creek at evening hours.

    Friends of the victim who and their parents are currently undergoing thorough investigation as a result of conflicting narratives they gave the police.

    The investigation also established that, they are all friends and live in said village and it was not their first time going to take bath at said creek.

    Victim mother, Bettina Nyamah told the police that she is suspecting the five children to be responsible for her son’s death but the victim father told the Police that, he doesn’t have anything to say, indicating that it has happened already.

    Police interviewed the children and they told the Police that, every one of them went at the creek to take bath, while in the creek, they heard victim accusing CHRIS YOUDDEH that you hit me Chris Youddeh. Thereafter, Chris Youddeh and the victim Jumped in the creek and never came out.

    Another statement made by the four is that, it was only Chris and the victim were in the creek; while another statement was, Chris followed the victim in the creek and only came out with laughing saying to them that, ”Your let go home, I finished with him, and they all left for home and he Chris asked them not to tell anyone.”

    After the family of the late Jerry Foul requested for the body of their child from the Ministry of Justice through the Liberia National police, it was turned over to the family with a written documents for burial while investigation continues.

    The accused’s children and their parents are with the Police undergoing interviews because of the contradicting statement attributed to them pending adjudication.
