The highly important took place on Wednesday, November 26,2025.

The tour began at the Bushrod Island Thermal Plant before the delegation travelled to the Mount Coffee site, where construction is underway on a 20MW utility-scale solar power facility.

The LERC delegation was led by the Chairman of the Board of Commissioners, Hon. Claude J. Katta, accompanied by Hon. Amara M. Kamara, Commissioner, and Hon.
