Yarpa Town, RiverCess County,  Saturday-June 7, 2025- The Liberia Media Center (LMC) has introduced Forest Media Clinics as part of its ongoing efforts to enhance media support for independent journalists and institutions focused on forest-related issues. This initiative is a key component of the MFGAP output III program.

Participants will also have the chance to establish regional networks for immediate support while they investigate and research forest-related topics. A similar workshop was held in Ganta, Nimba County, in May for journalists from Grand Gedeh, Nimba, and Lofa counties.

Since 2019, the LMC, with funding from MFGAP, has provided support to over 80 journalists across Liberia.
