Police in River Gee County have arrested a 39-year-old man, Bill Doe, for allegedly raping a minor (Name and age undisclosed), in an abandoned kitchen recently.
The alleged rape incident was uncovered, when a young girl only identified as Gbalee, disclosed that she observed the 39-old leading the rape survivor to a secluded area, where the abandoned kitchen is located.
Suspicious of Doe’s motive for leading the rape survivor in such terrain, intent, Gbalee narrated that she discreetly followed both of them, and later informed a neighbor, Angie T. Saytue, who along with her (Gbalee) went to the spot and allegedly witnessed through a widow to the abandoned kitchen, Doe sexually assaulting the female child.
When confronted, Doe attempted escaping, according to our reporter, who reports that a swift intervention by residents of the area led to the rape suspect being arrested and apprehended
committing what many believe to be a disturbing act.
The rape survivor was then taken to the Fish Town Referral Hospital for medical examination, where doctors’ report confirmed sexual penetration.
Medical and report also confirmed that the survivor is pregnant–Rural Reporters News Network has however, not confirmed as to whether she was already pregnant or got impregnated as a result of the alleged rape.
