Zorzor City , Lofa County |April 21, 2026 | As part of efforts to strengthen the security sector, police in Zorzor District, Lofa County have received quality shirts, from the kind gesture of a son of Zorlayea District and current Assistant Minister for Statistics and Research at the Ministry of Labor.
Presenting the shirts to the police in Zorzor City on April 18, 2026, Min. Jackson Wolobah said this was his own way of identifying with officers in Zorlayea district for the of level commitment and hard work exhibited thus far in ensuring law and order.
The high quality of shirts presented to officers the Liberia National Police, were printed and ordered by Min. Wolobah was ordered and printed in the People’s Republic of China.
He however pledged his unwavering support to the Liberia National Police, Zorzor detachment aimed at strengthening and enforcing security and order within the district concerned.
Min. Wolobah lauded the Police officers for their tireless efforts in protecting lives and properties across Zorlayea District and Liberia at large. He mentioned that the police are doing extremely well as regards to fighting crimes within Zorlayea District and other parts of the country.
Receiving the shirts on behalf of the officers, the Zorzor District deputy commissioner of police, Eric Zombo thanked Min. Wolobah for the presentation and indicated that this was highly commendable and further motivated them to do more in ensuring peace, law and order at all times within in the district.
Commissioner Zombo, furthered that this was not the first of it kinds for the Zorlayea native to identified with the security sector, especially police in Zorzor District.
Commissioner Zombo encouraged Min. Wolobah to always remember them to as they strive to diligently serve the district and its people.
“We want to be grateful to Min. Jackson F. Wolobah for this donation and want to assure him that the shirts given us today, will be used by officers in executing their duty,” the deputy commissioner Eric Zombo assured.
