The launching ceremony, held on Thursday, January 29, 2026, brought together officials of the Ministry of National Defense, the High Command of the Armed Forces of Liberia (AFL), and development partners, particularly representatives of the United States Embassy near Monrovia.

Roland, said the launch reflects the leadership’s commitment to transforming military healthcare. He emphasized that medical readiness is essential to operational readiness and urged hospital staff to use the system with discipline and professionalism.
