    Recent Tragedy: Two Fire Victims from Grand Kru County Reported Dead!

    Dougbo Community, Grand Kru County-June 6,2025-Report says, authorities at the J. J. Dossen Hospital in Harper Maryland County have identified two victims of a recent fire incident in Maryland County, with devastating results.

    Fire victim Urey Flomo, aged 48, who eventually couldn’t survived the incident despite his transfer at J.J. Dossen Hospital ,Harper Maryland Co.

    According to a family source, the victims, Ma- Nancy Martin, aged 68, and her husband, Urey Flomo, aged 48, both passed away between Tuesday June 3, and Wednesday June 4, 2025 respectively, following the incident.

    It can be recalled that the fire reportedly broke out late Wednesday night, May 28, 2025 engulfing the two victims’ home; which reportedly led to a frantic rescue effort by the Community dwellers of Dougbo.

    Local officials and first responders were quick to arrive at the scene, but unfortunately, the couple’s injuries proved too severe despite receiving immediate medical attention.

    Reports indicate that they were hospitalized at the J.J. Dossen Hospital in Harper after suffering severe injuries from the fire.

    The fire, which broke out under unexplained circumstances that are still being investigated, recently resulted in significant damage and left the people of Dougbo Community in complete shock.

    The loss of the couple has left a profound impact on those who knew them, highlighting the risks associated with residential fires and the importance of fire safety awareness.

    So far, community members and well-wishers have since expressed their condolences and support for the families affected by this tragedy.

    Meanwhile, a close family member confirmed that the deceases were turned over by health practitioners to the family members for burial.
