    TUBMANBURG, BOMI COUNTY…Rural Reporter News Network’s Bomi County Correspondent, Ernest Kpehe Moibah, has been named staff of the year 2025 byPumah FM.

    The award, which marks a major milestone in local media is in recognition of Journalist Moibah’s hard work and commitment in responsible journalism in rural Liberia.

    The announcement was made live on air on Monday, December 22, 2025, by Pumah FM General Manager Meloshe Roberts, who lauded Moibah’s exceptional dedication to news reporting and his outstanding contributions to the station’s growth.

    “Ernest has demonstrated tireless commitment to quality journalism, steadfast work ethic, and an unwavering pursuit of truth-qualities that embody the spirit of Pumah FM,” said Roberts as he presented the prestigious accolade.

    The award is intended to inspire Moibah to continue his impactful work, the general manager emphasized, while also acknowledging the collective efforts of the entire Pumah FM team in driving the station’s success throughout the year.

    In an emotional response, Moibah expressed deep surprise and gratitude, dedicating the honor to his colleagues and workmates. “This recognition is not just mine – it belongs to every team member who stood with me through the year,” he said.

    Moibah also pledged to redouble his efforts in 2026, vowing to bring even greater service to listeners and communities across the western region and beyond. “This award strengthens my resolve to serve with integrity, passion, and precision,” the journalist added.

    The recognition comes as Pumah FM continues its mission of delivering accurate, balanced, and credible news, alongside engaging entertainment and talk shows that resonate with audiences throughout Liberia.
