Monrovia, Saturday, September 27, 2025- In a bid to improve its services and inform policy decisions, Starlink is calling on users to participate in a brief survey. The online questionnaire, accessible via a provided link, aims to gather feedback on users’ experiences with the satellite internet service.

The survey according to a statement from the Liberia Telecommunications Authority (LTA), takes approximately 2 minutes to complete. User responses will help shape policy and regulatory decisions, urges users to share their thoughts and experiences

By participating in the survey, users can contribute to the development of Starlink’s services and policies. The company emphasizes the importance of hearing from its users to ensure their needs are met.

If you’re a Starlink user and haven’t taken the survey yet, consider sharing your experience to help shape the future of the service.
