    Two Rural Health Facilities in Lofa Receive Medical Supplies

    Two local health facilities in Lofa, Wonsanga Clinic in Foya and Korworhun Clinic in Kolahun have benefited from assorted medical supplies from JNB Foundation.

    The donation was made yesterday, October 21, 2025 in Voinjama City. Lofa County Health Team headed by Dr. Moses Ojoe Weidhgar received the donation on behalf of the two local clinics.

    The County Health Officer Dr. Moses Ojoe Weidhgar applauded the JNB foundation for the kind questure adding that the donation is part of its ongoing effort to strengthen service delivery in the county.

    The donated items, according to Dr. Moses Ujoe Weidhgar include, hospital beds, disposable gowns, hand sanitizers, wheelchairs, and other essential items.

    The Lofa County Health Team also extended thanks and appreciation to the JNB Foundation for its numerous supports to the health sector, particularly rural communities.

    Dr. Moses Ujoe Weidhgar vowed to strengthen the Lofa County Heath team. He said during his recent trip to America he met with scores of prominent Lofa citizens to discuss health related matters in the county.

    “During my visit I met several Lofa citizens and talked with them to support the Lofa County Health system with medical supplies, equipment, essential drugs and capacity building training”, Dr. Moses Ojoe Weidhgar said.
