Lofa County, Voinjama City-December 17,2024-The Tenth 10th Judicial Circuit Court in Lofa County sentenced a drugs enforcement Agency officer plus one person for violating the Drugs Law.
The Tenth 10th Judicial Circuit Court in Lofa County on Tuesday December 17, 2024 sentenced a 19 year old LDEA officer in the county.
Liberia Drugs Enforcement Agency agent, Joshua Ndorbor aged 19, was arrested a month ago for collaborating with some drugs dealers in the county.
After investigation by authority at the court, he has been sentenced for a year for violating section 14.89 and section 14.93 of the drugs Law.
Joshua Ndorbor, commonly known in his area of assignment as ‘KAIKPAGEE’ was spent one year in prison. Additionally, the Tenth 10th Judicial circuit court also sentenced a 42-year old man; Tarnue M. Kollie from Lisco Town for ten (10) years in prison.
Tarnue M. Kollie was arrested since three months ago for drugs trafficking in Lofa and was placed behind bars. He was formally sentenced on December 17, 2024 at the Tenth judicial Circuit Court in Voinjama City for ten (10) years.
Meanwhile, LDEA Lofa County Commander Special Agent Kpehe Lomax has again promised to work with community members to fight drugs trafficking and drugs dealers in the county.
He wants National Government to support his team in order to beef up their operations across the county.
Special Agent Kpehe Lomax appreciated the Tenth Judicial Court assigned Judge, her Honor, Nancy Finda Sammy for the speedy trial.
