Trehn, Grand Kru-Friday, May 16, 2025-A group of physically challenged individuals from Trehn District through their District head voiced their frustrations over being neglected by local leadership, as the group President, Ezekiel Heah continues to advocate for their rights.
Ezekiel Heah in a live telephone interview radio Talk-show emphasized the struggles faced by members of people living with physically challenged, highlighting that despite their contributions to society in the county, they often find themselves marginalized by locals in the area.

The physically challenged individuals through their president of Trehn District have called on President Joseph Boakai to take a stand in support of their plight.
They believe that increased attention from the national government and other humanitarian organizations could lead to better resources, accessibility, and opportunities for people with disabilities in their respective Communities.
According to Ezekiel, the challenges faced by them are multifaceted, ranging from lack of access to education and employment opportunities to inadequate healthcare services; indicated that the involvement of government authorities at all levels is crucial in facilitating these changes.
