Monrovia, Liberia-October 13, 2025- The National Road Fund (NRF) of Liberia is gearing up to host the 22nd Annual General Assembly of the African Road Maintenance Funds Association (ARMFA) from November 17 to 21, 2025, at the Ministerial Complex.
The event in a statement issued on the Facebook page of the National Road Fund of Liberia, Monday dated October 13, 2025 has already started to draw significant attention from regional leaders, with confirmations of participation pouring in from various countries.
Among the dignitaries who have confirmed their attendance are Hon. Mohamed Kallon, Chief Executive Officer of the Road Maintenance Administration (RMFA) of Sierra Leone, and Lieutenant Colonel Moussa Issa Ikizi, Director General of Niger Road Maintenance Fund (FER).

Their participation underscores the importance of this gathering in promoting regional cooperation and knowledge sharing in road maintenance and development.
For starter, the ARMFA General Assembly provides a unique platform for road industry stakeholders to come together, share best practices, and discuss pressing issues affecting the sector.
The event will bring together over 350 delegates from 35 African countries, making it a significant gathering of experts and policymakers in the field of road infrastructure development.
