Voinjama City, Lofa County| Dec. 17, 2025 |The Lofa County Health team is expected to begin a Gynecology and Surgical outreach across Lofa County.

According to Lofa County Health Officer Dr. Moses Ujoe Weidhgar, the outreach will begin from December 22, to January 2, 2026 and in partnership with the Outreach Unit from the Ministry of Health, will go across the entire County.

Dr. Weidhgar said, the surgical outreach will bring a key attention with citizens in urgent attention of addressing various gynecological and surgical challenges.

“This program is about bringing healing closer to home. Many families struggle with conditions that cause pain and worry every day. Women living with fibroids often experience heavy bleeding and discomfort. Men with prostate problems may find it hard to pass urine. A hernia can appear as a painful swelling in the belly or groin, especially when lifting heavy things. Appendicitis can strike suddenly, with sharp pain in the stomach that becomes dangerous if not treated quickly. And broken bones or injuries often need proper surgery to heal well” Dr. Moses Ujoe Weidhgar said.

He added that The Outreach team will reach three districts in Lofa County: Foya, Kolahun, and Voinjama to help with all of these with treatment and hope.

According to him, all services will be provided free of charge, to ensure that no one is left behind.

The team urged community members in those respective districts to tell their family members, and neighbors about the initiative in Lofa County.

“This outreach is more than just treatment it is a promise of care and healing. With the Outreach Unit from the Ministry of Health, we can make Lofa County healthier and stronger together,” Dr. Catherine Thomas Cooper, Chief Medical Officer disclosed to the media.

Been playing on neu88net for a while now. Pretty decent, honestly. Game selection is solid and I haven’t had any major issues withdrawing. Could be better, but it’s worth checking out. neu88net
